An apartment building situated in a residential neighborhood close to the Baltic Sea. The project aimed to create livable short-term apartments in a tight area. The result was a rounder apartment building that squeezes the maximum amount of area for livable space while having some of the parking below the building.
The project’s objectives: tight space, height regulations, client’s wishes, parking norms, etc. made it difficult to design livable apartments, while also making the form dynamic. The project changed drastically throughout the design phase, but the finished design is already being built.
