The idea of the house had a couple of points. Firstly, the site is situated on a hill, meaning that the house had to capture as much of the surrounding views as possible. This was done by making the building slender and twirling it according to the views and the relief.

The style of the building was designed by playing with Lithuanian traditional architecture volumes to create a contemporary look.
